Campaign Creation: Season Ticket Holder Welcome Kit

Each year, San Jose Sharks Season Ticket Holders receive a special welcome kit, but this time, we set out to create something unforgettable. From concept to execution, we led the campaign development, bringing fresh creative thinking to the fan experience.

We partnered with the innovative founder of RokBlok to create a custom, palm-sized Sharks Zamboni replica that when played glides across a vinyl record like it’s driving across center ice (an ode to my days slinging custom vinyl at No Idea Records). The packaging design, commemorative elements, and scriptwriting all came together to create a truly collectible experience. And for the perfect finishing touch? A welcome message voiced by legendary Sharks Radio host, Dan Rusanowsky.

Our team handled every detail: campaign concepting, packaging design, voiceover scripting, and promotional content across web and social. The result was more than a kit - it was a conversation piece that deepened fan pride and elevated the Sharks brand.
